- - As we offer a majority of items at among the lowest costs available, we can only offer free delivery above an order amount of £40.00
- Currently we only offer standard delivery, which is charged £2.95.
- Currently we only offer sale and delivery to UK addresses.
- Delivery time is approx 1-5 days, though typically with Royal Mail delivery, 90% of items arrive the next day. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
- Order Discretion. ALL ORDERS are dispatched in plan and discreet packaging!
- Delivery Address. We reserve the right to ask for additional proof if identification for fraud checks, when the delivery address does not match your billing address.
- If items are undelivered and returned and require redelivery we will regrettably have to charge you. - Privacy & Security
- - MojoMinx.co.uk is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.
- All payments are are handled via secure SSL protected pages. - Returns & Refunds
- - If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return unused or unopened products it within 30 days for exchange or refund. After 30 days, only an exchange is available.
- We can not however accept return of fault free items once the packaging has been opened, due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will be less our delivery costs if items have been dispatched. - Cancellations
- - You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days. We work on same day dispatch, so please cancel your order on the same day to avoid the inconvenience of needing to return the items.
- Faulty Items
- - If an item requires batteries, we ask that you first test the item with a new set of batteries and check for correct fitting before returning any item.
- If an item is defective, please contact us before returning to explain the fault and to request the correct delivery depot. If you return an item without first confirming the correct return address, or incorrectly address the item, you may be subject to additional postage charges, or even have the item classed as unreturned and lost. - Clothing
- - Health and Hygiene restricts what we can accept for return.
- Personal items relating to any crotch area can not be returned.
- Items that appear over handled can not be returned. All previous statements to packaging apply to clothing. - DVDs, Books, Magazines
- - We cannot accept return of DVDs, books, magazines.
- Returning an item
- - No exchanges of refunds can be given until an item is returned.
- Please contact returns@mojominx.co.uk before returning to explain the reason and to request the correct depot return address.
- If you return an item without first confirming the correct return address, or incorrectly address the item, you may be subject to additional postage charges, or even have the item classed as unreturned and lost. - Contract of Sale
- - Please Orders made through MojoMinx.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order. No contract officially exists until your order is dispatched.
